Facial aesthetics is of utmost importance in person’s life. Aging associated with loss teeth, residual ridge resorption and reduced tonicity the facial muscles, leading to an unesthetic appearance sunken cheeks some individuals. Aesthetics such individuals seeking complete dentures can be improved help cheek plumper by supporting lifting cheeks. This article describes innovative, simple, cost-effective attachment system made modifying casted sprue as mode completely edentulous patient requiring denture prostheses detachable plumper.
